- Je bent enthousiast, flexibel, proactief en resultaatgericht en niet te vergeten stressbestendig. Relevante (internationale) werkervaring in de bediening of als horeca medewerker is een pré;
- Jij hebt een passie voor eten en drinken en bent een echte foodie;
- Je spreekt en begrijpt Engels, Nederlands is een pré;
- Je hebt een liefde voor verschillende culturen;
- Je bent in de avond beschikbaar, de werktijden zijn van zondag tot en met donderdag van 16:00 tot 01:00 en op zaterdag en zondag van 17:00 tot uiterlijk 04:00.

**Een dag uit het leven van een Food & Beverage Medewerker**
**14:45** Je komt omgekleed, met een kopje koffie, op het Food and Beverage kantoor voor de overdracht met het ochtend team en avond Supervisor.
**15:00** Na de overdracht zet je samen met je collega's het restaurant en of bar klaar en verzorgt de Mise en Place voor het diner.
**16:00** Indien nodig ondersteun je je collega met de Meeting & Event breaks.
**17:00** Dineren met je collega's en opladen voor weer een drukke avond.
**18:00** Het à la carte restaurant is geopend en je placeert de eerste gasten.
**18:30** Samen met je collega's pak je de gasten helemaal in met jouw kennis van wijn en spijs en bezorgt de gasten de onvergetelijke ervaring.
**21:00** Snel tussendoor even een Room Service naar één van de vaste gasten brengen.
**22:00** Het restaurant is gesloten en terwijl je collega's alles voor het ontbijt gaan voorbereiden ga jij je collega van de Meeting & Events ondersteunen met het klaarzetten van de zalen voor de volgende ochtend.
**23:45** De laatste ronde wordt gedaan in de bar en je collega's staan in de pantry alles te poleren.
**00:00** Je geniet van een sluitdrank op het einde van de shift met je collega's, terwijl je collega vande bar de laatste werkzaamheden afmaakt, de kassa telt en de overdracht schrijft en stuurt.
