Are you passionate about pioneering Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that redefine customer experiences in the financial services industry? ABN AMRO’s AI team is seeking a pragmatic (Gen)AI Tech Lead to guide our efforts in leveraging AI across various domains in banking, including enhancing customer interaction within our contact center. As AI Tech Lead, you’ll drive innovation, collaborate closely with the project lead, and develop AI solutions that revolutionize the banking experience.

**Your job**:

- Lead the technical design and implementation of cutting-edge (Gen)AI solutions (e.g. to summarize and analyze customer conversations for our contact center), but also for various other domains in banking, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
- Collaborate with a team consisting of data scientists, software
- and platform engineers, to implement AI solutions tailored to the address the unique challenges of our employees and customers.
- Fostering culture of innovation and collaboration with the AI team empowering members to thrive and deliver exceptional results by mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level colleagues nurturing their growth and development within the AI domain.

- Excellent communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

**We are offering**:

- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position).
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
- An excellent pension scheme.
