**Data Analyst**:
Ben je klaar om de duurzaamheidsprestaties van AirFrance-KLM aan ons topmanagement te laten zien?

Je bent een teamlid binnen het ESG Decision Support-team, een van de teams in onze nieuwe ESG Reporting & Decision Support Agile Release Train. Ben je slim en professioneel, en houd je ook van plezier? Dit zou een perfecte match kunnen zijn

Het ESG Decision Support-team is gevestigd in Parijs en Amstelveen. Regelmatig reizen verwacht.

Je team bestaat uit data-analisten en wordt geleid door een product owner en scrum master.

Je belangrijkste interne stakeholders zijn Group en luchtvaartmaatschappij Financiën, HR, Compliance en Duurzaamheidspersoneel.

**Wat ga je doen?**
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van ESG-inzichten voor de AirFrance-KLM Group.
- Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het mogelijk maken van andere inzichtenteams om lokale inzichten te creëren.
- Bijvoorbeeld, je team creëert een geavanceerd emissievoorspellingsmodel, waarbij wordt geanticipeerd op de acties die nodig zijn om ons doel van koolstofneutraliteit in 2050 te bereiken.
- Naast het ontwikkelen van nieuwe inzichten en gemeenschappelijke modellen, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden ervan.
- Je belangrijkste teamverantwoordelijkheid is het verfijnen van prioriteiten voor de backlog - begrip van zakelijke behoeften en het verzamelen van (nieuwe) vereisten, deze afstemmen met gegevensverzamelingen en inzichtencreatie.

**Jouw profiel**
- Master niveau denken, hands-on aanpak in duurzaamheid of HR en data. Eerdere ervaring met ESG (Duurzaamheid) is een belangrijke plus.
- 2+ jaar technische ervaring met dashboarding-tools, bij voorkeur PowerBI.
- 2+ jaar het verfijnen van zakelijke vereisten tot inzichten.
- Begrip van data-architectuur en datawarehousing. Ervaring met SQL, Python en GCP is een plus.
- Passie voor digitale innovatie.
- Eerdere ervaring in (Scaled) Agile way of Working is een plus.
- Eerdere ervaring als (senior) Data Analist.
- Uitstekende communicatie
- en presentatievaardigheden.
- Uitstekende kennis van Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
- Frans is een aanzienlijke plus. Nederlands is een plus.
