Foreman Welder

**What will you do as Foreman Welder?**:
As Foreman Welder at Bayards, you will not only be an expert in welding, but you will also take the lead in the daily operations of the team. In addition to performing high-quality welding work, you will manage fellow welders and coordinate the progress of projects. You ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest standards and oversee safety and efficiency in the workshop. You will work closely with the Production Team Leader to ensure that projects stay on schedule and are completed within deadlines and budgets. In doing so, you will actively consider improvements in work processes and ensure a pleasant and motivating work environment.

**Who are we looking for?**:

- You are an experienced and qualified welder with a passion for the job;
- You have demonstrable experience in managing a team;
- You work accurately and have an eye for safety and quality;
- Experience in working with aluminum is a plus;
- IWT certification is a plus, or you are willing to undergo this training;
- You are a real team player with strong communication skills.
