**Key Responsibilities**
- **
- ** Oversee Sensory Panel Activities**: Manage and oversee internal sensory panel activities.
- ** Innovation**: Support the development of innovative food solutions and the current product portfolio.
- ** Facility Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gorinchem Sensory Facility.
- ** Execute Sensory Studies**: Conduct sensory panel studies as per the guidance from the Sensory Program Leader, including sample preparation, scheduling, panel moderation, and sensory lab maintenance.
- ** Collaborative Design and Implementation**: Work with the Sensory team to lead and support the design and implementation of all phases of sensory testing.
- ** Risk Management**:Ensure all samples are food-safe for sensory testing, managing food safety risks both internally and externally

**About you**
- **
Educational Background**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sensory Science or Food Science with a passion for flavor.
- ** Experience**: Previous panel leader experience is a plus, but not required.
- ** Hands-on Approach**: Practical mentality and a hands-on approach to tasks.
- ** Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently on projects, bring new ideas into the organization, and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.
- ** Team Player**: Collaborative mindset, able to work well with various disciplines and individuals.
- ** Results-Driven**: High motivation and passion to deliver results with a can-do mentality.
- ** Language Proficiency**: Must be fluent in Dutch to lead the expert panel.
