**Job Requirements**:
- WebSphere Application Server ND 8.5.5 or 9.0 (3+years hands-on experience on configurations and incident handling)
- WebSphere operational skills (incidents, deployments, configurations, troubleshooting, migrations, observability, life-cycle management, automation, IT risk)
- Knowledge of Linux environments
- Ansible & Bash scripting
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Experienced in working in a complex environment, Agile methods and Software development frameworks
- Strong delivery track record
- You have a 24x7 mindset and are willing to participate in a stand-by shift, knowing that ING operates a 24x7 business for its customers
- SRE(Site reliability engineering) mindset
- Azure DevOps
**Nice to have**:
- Performance testing
- IT Capacity management
- Container orchestration (K8s) and Docker
- DB2
- ELK, Grafana, Prometheus
- Knowledge of IT Risk and Security
