**The Team**

This is a position in the interesting field of our mortgage services within the Tribe Mortgages NL. It is a dynamic environment where hard work is done, quality is delivered, and humor is not lacking.

The Intermediary Distribution and Marcom team consists of 9 driven and creative marketers and product
- and communication specialists who are jointly responsible for the service model for our intermediaries and for the translation of the positioning of ING Wonen to intermediaries, the Advice Team Wonen, and important network relationships in the market. The team plays a crucial role in the experience and engagement of our intermediary business partners with ING, and in the communication and commercial support for the Advice Team Wonen. Additionally, the Contract Management team (5 FTE), responsible for the contract administration of intermediaries, is part of this team.

Someone who, together with the team, takes the next step in groundbreaking (local) market development and innovative intermediary services, but also has a vision to reach new heights. **Roles and responsibilities**

You:

- Own the Intermediary Service Model and develop it based on the wishes and needs of the intermediary so that ING stays ahead in the market. You work closely with colleagues from Operations and Relationship Management.
- Together with your team, convey the positioning of ING to intermediaries and other stakeholders in the market in an inspiring and refreshing way. You take responsibility for setting up and implementing a marketing and communication strategy for the distribution of mortgages and create a communication and activity calendar with associated tools, in close collaboration with the Mortgages Marketing & Propositions team.
- Work data-driven, measure impact, and substantiate improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of our communication and distribution strategy based on facts and figures.
- Represent the voice of the Intermediary and the Advice Team Wonen within ING and maintain close contacts with intermediaries, sales colleagues, and other network relationships
- Are responsible for the Business Partner Due Diligence process and high-quality management of our intermediary administration.
- Are a passionate and empathetic people manager who stands for his/her people, gives space to professionals, and challenges them to get the best out of themselves.

**How to succeed**
- You have a completed HBO or university education
- Fluent in Dutch
- Experienced marketer with demonstrable results in marketing communication, preferably with experience in organizing large events
- Commercial drive: self-starting, inspiring, and driven to make an impact
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Dutch mortgage market and the position of the intermediary and local networks therein
- Affinity with the mortgage product and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Bridge builder and networker: knowledge of sales, relationship management, marketing, communication, product management, and operations, and you can easily switch between these fields
- Possess strong analytical and conceptual skills and are able to measure impact based on figures and analyses and make concrete proposals for improvement
- Experience in managing and/or coaching (a team of) professionals
