Seeking an opportunity to showcase your culinary prowess and take your career to new heights? Look no further We have an exciting opening for a Head Chef at our vibrant establishment located in Amsterdam.

At Molly's Arena, we've created a one-of-a-kind anime-style arcade where vintage gaming machines meet cutting-edge technology. Immerse yourself in the world of anime and luxury through our authentic decoration, top-notch service, and unique ambiance.

Within the arcade, we boast a delightful ramen bar, already renowned for its limited menu featuring three exquisite ramen flavors. Our current ramen recipe is considered one of the best in the Netherlands. As our new Head Chef, we'll task you with expanding the menu to include delectable sides and a delectable seafood ramen option.

In addition to our mouthwatering ramen, we're also known for serving the Netherlands' finest Fluffy Pancakes. Our commitment to perfection and creating a fun experience sets us apart.

We're seeking a talented individual who shares our passion for culinary excellence and wants to grow alongside our company. You'll take over the reins from our current Head Chef, overseeing both regular operations and pastry preparation.

As your knowledge and contribution to the company expand, so will your salary. Here's a breakdown of the compensation plan:

- First month: €2,500
- Second month: €3,000
- Third month: €3,500
- After six months: €4,000 (upon assuming full responsibility as Head Chef)
- After full year: €4,500

To succeed in this role, we require a master-level Head Chef who possesses the following qualities:

- Expertise in enhancing flavors and refining the menu
- Proficiency in English (advanced) or Dutch for effective communication
- Leadership skills to guide the kitchen team
- Business mindset with a focus on success
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle busy periods
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
- Willingness to work hands-on alongside the kitchen team
- Availability for approximately 65 hours per week, managing the entire kitchen and staff

As the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

- Assuming the role of the current Head Chef and replacing current operational director
- Implementing strategies to reduce costs and optimize purchasing
- Minimizing food waste and losses
- Enhancing revenue through innovative approaches
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP standards
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards
- Overseeing the kitchen staff and fostering a positive work environment
- Contributing to the long-term growth and development of the business
