**Plant Controller - KONI - Oud-Beijerland**

In this role you are responsible for drafting the strategic multi-year planning for the company, translate into plans and budgets for the assigned section and after approval by management, realization, which is contributed to the economic viability and continuity of the long-term business and financial risks are limited to a minimum. You work for Koni in Oud-Beijerland (biggest of 5 plants and headquarter) and report to CFO of Koni Group. A very dynamic organization and playfield, where you can make the difference for the Koni Group.

In 1945, KONI began development of the world’s first adjustable hydraulic telescopic type shock absorber for cars and trucks, a product style which remains synonymous with KONI.

KONI has developed from a skilled small local company into a multi-national leading shock absorber specialist, well known across the world.

For our financial department we are looking for a **Plant Controller**.

Responsabilidades Esenciales:
In the role of Plant Controller you are responsible for:

- commission drafting the strategic multi-year planning of the enterprise;
- translate and after approval by management realizing the policy and budget for the assigned department;
- guarding the result development at the enterprise level;
- risk management;
- accuracy, timeliness and completeness of (independently) groomed reports, in particular for taking care of various reports within the prescribed by the corporate and group tour schedules;
- optimal contribution to improve the operating result through analyses, reports and proposals;
- effective and efficient deployment of available people, materials, and resources;
- compliance with business rules, administrative, health and safety, environmental and safety requirements;
- communication with Executive Board, Division controller and management team members within the organization on the preparation and content of analyses, budgets, planning and reporting, discussions at the policy level, the transfer and translation of decisive strategic policy principles to operational activities

Requisitos del Puesto:
We are looking for a natural financial leader with at least a bachelor degree in Finance and at least five years’ experience within a manufacturing environment where you:

- are organizing the process;
- are monitoring the quality and continuity of the process;
- are motivating and encourage;
- have eye for human matters;
- are a team player;
- are calm and stress resistant;
- are pragmatic;

and you have a sense of humour.
