- Be part of an international team with diverse cultural backgrounds.Make a Difference as Legal Counsel- In this role, you will:- Support and advise our Marketing and Sales (M&S) department on a wide variety of commercial legal matters.-
- Draft and review commercial agreements such as distribution agreements and general terms and conditions.-
- Translate legal requirements into practical business solutions.-
- When needed pick up other work for the Legal Team in areas that require support for example in the field of procurement, R&D, seed operations-
- Work on various projects to further optimize processes and ways of working.-
- Stay in close contact with stakeholders within M&S and the wider Legal department.What You Bring as a Future Colleague- You are:- Experienced in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.-
- Practical and able to translate legal obligations into business language and vice versa.-
- Skilled in assessing (legal) risks versus business continuity.-
- Proactive and engaged, always looking for ways to improve the business.-
- Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.-
