Operator Warehouse

**About the function**:
In the operator position, you will be responsible for controlling the warehouse process from the WMS system. You ensure the correct release of orders and the administrative receipt of goods. In addition, you set priorities regarding the distribution between the processes. Your tasks include:

- Division of the operational process taking into account available docks, loading times of trips and staffing
- Following the process and timely detection of operational disruptions
- Providing analyses from the WMS system
- Making proposals to the supervisors and team leaders regarding the scheduling of the activities and the required capacities (efficiency and effectiveness)
- Identifying improvements in the process
- Suggesting improvements in the areas of safety, quality and productivity
- Troubleshooting warehouse related problems

Working hours: 05:00 - 14:00 and 14:15 - 23:15.

**What we need**:

- Knowledge or experience with WMS systems
- Relevant work experience
- MBO or HBO working and thinking level
- Analytical, with a feeling for plans and figures
- You must be able to work both independently and in a team with an eye for goals, processes and improvements
