**Functieomschrijving**

In deze nieuwe functie bij zepp neem je financiële taken over van de bestuurders en verzorg je daarmee **financiële ondersteuning en rapportage**. Verder heb je **algemene controller taken**, zoals de controle op de debiteuren en crediteuren administratie. Maar vooral ook werkzaamheden rond **aanvragen van subsidies** en **periodieke verantwoordingen** naar subsidieverstrekkers, en **financieel projectmanagement**. Hiervoor is het een pré als je enige technische achtergrond hebt.

Samen met een administratief medewerker (intern) professionaliseer je de **administratieve organisatie** verder, zodat deze meegroeit met het bedrijf. Met de externe accountant werk je aan de **jaarlijkse verslaglegging**. Gevraagd en ongevraagd geef je **advies** aan de bestuurders.

Voor de financiële administratie gebruiken we **Exact** en veel managementinformatie wordt gegenereerd uit **Excel/Google** sheets.

- Algemene controller taken
- Verzorgen van periodieke rapportages
- Financieel projectmanagement
- Aanvragen en verantwoorden van subsidies
- Samen de AO verder professionaliseren
- Adviseren van de bestuurders

**Onze eisen en wensen**
- HBO/WO opleiding/niveau op financieel en/of technisch gebied
- 2-3 jaar ervaring met algemene controller taken en periodieke rapportages
- Ervaring en affiniteit met sectorspecifieke subsidiemogelijkheden
- Ervaring met Exact en Excel/google sheets
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel sociaal als in je vakgebied
- Ziet een mooie uitdaging in de groei van ons bedrijf (en bijbehorende processen)
- Woont in regio Delft/Rotterdam

**Goed om te weten**
- Contract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband
- 20-32 uur/wk (bij 40 urige werkweek = 1 FTE), tijd-voor-tijd
- Salaris € 3.800 - € 5.000 (1 FTE) afhankelijk van relevante vaardigheden, kennis en ervaring
- 8% vakantiegeld
- 30 verlofdagen per jaar (1 FTE)
- Reiskostenvergoeding woon-werkverkeer
- Hoofdkantoor gevestigd in de historische binnenstad van Delft.

**Het bedrijf**

zepp.solutions is een jong Nederlands bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in waterstof-brandstofceltechnologie. In onze brandstofcelsystemen wordt waterstof gecombineerd met zuurstof om de chemische energie om te zetten in elektrische energie. Deze elektrische energie kan worden gebruikt om elektrische aandrijvingen aan te drijven in een breed scala aan mobiele toepassingen.

We maken nulemissie-dromen waar voor onze klanten, die actief zijn in een breed scala aan sectoren. We doen dit door waterstofbrandstofcelmodules te ontwerpen en te produceren die alle componenten, subsystemen en besturingssoftware bevatten die nodig zijn om waterstofgas om te zetten in hoogspanning elektriciteit. Deze modules zijn gebaseerd op ons intern ontwikkelde technologieplatform. Uniek aan onze systemen is dat ze uiterst compact en veelzijdig zijn en daardoor een oplossing bieden voor allerlei toepassingen. De alles-in-één-benadering maakt waterstoftechnologie toegankelijk voor alle voertuigfabrikanten en scheepswerven.
