**About The Role**:
With a primary focus on Early Careers, the **Talent Acquisition Lead - Early Careers & Strategic Talent Sourcing** will be responsible for identifying, engaging and developing initiatives to attract, engage and recruit top talent across our Europe region at multiple career levels.

This includes the successful end to end management of all Early Career attraction and recruitment activities for graduates, interns, apprentices and key talent pipelines.

Occasional travel throughout Mainland Europe will also be required as part of this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for partnering to deliver the recruitment & selection programs & processes for Early Careers Talent in region, ensuring demand plans & KPIs are achieved for Europe.
- Curate qualified talent pools for current & future job openings including high potential Early Career talent to support across our commercial & engineering, supply chain functions.
- Coordination and partnership with internal stakeholders to deliver on objectives, including training, team sessions, employee events, networking and recruiting events, etc.
- Define Early Career position requirements & suitable talent sourcing channels.
- Implement creative recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands using various recruitment methods as appropriate - job boards, social media channels, networking, referrals, etc.
- Establish strategic relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing regular updates, valuable insights, and market intelligence.
- Build strong, external relationships to promote Kerry as an Employer of Choice
- Report on & measure the impact / return-on-investment of various activities including spend, agency usage, recruitment campaigns & recruitment activities (KPIs)
- Work cross-functionally to promote our Employer Brand & position Kerry as the First Choice for Best Talent.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, Business, Marketing, Communications or similar
- Strong relevant Talent Acquisition experience including experience partnering with & recruiting from universities, colleges, high schools and/or organisations supporting apprenticeship programmes.
- Understanding of graduate recruitment & Early Careers practices across Europe.
- Full fluency in English and another European language, either Italian, Spanish or Dutch.
- Research & Sourcing skills; proficiency in using various sourcing techniques ideally including Boolean search strings, advanced search skills & social media to attract talent.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven ability to influence senior managers and partners.
- Early Career, vendor management experience.
- Consistent track record in delivering results in a multinational environment.
- Expert level organisation & communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and cultural awareness.
