- WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS QESH EMPLOYEE?- As a QESH employee you are responsible for carrying out and registering QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health) activities within the campus, systematically implementing the safety and quality policy and identifying defects. You record and lose operational issues related to the four QESH disciplines. You are able to derive patterns and trends from this and carry out an analysis, take over your strengths and you are able to take the lead in projects and involve people from different sections in the direction of solutions. Implementing and securing preventive measures will be one of your main tasks.A week as a QESH Employee looks like this:
- Carrying out and updating the Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RIE)
- Registration and follow-up of incidents and accidents;
- Check on (occupational health and safety) legislation and regulations;
- Checking Last Minute Risk Assessment (LMRA);
- Carrying out safety rounds;
- Carrying out workplace research;
- Supervising management of change;
- Informing and advising the (management) team during safety consultations;
- Preparing and supervising internal and external audits (including ISO); Drawing up QESH trend analyses;
- Support company emergency response (BHV) and company emergency plan;
- Create safety awareness in the organization.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE MATCH WITH YOU?- Do you recognize yourself in the following knowledge and skills:
- A completed study at MBO or HBO level, preferably in the field of integrated safety or safety science;
- Preferably work experience within logistics or supply chain;
- Experience with project-based work and project approach;
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office;
- Preferably experience in working with hazardous substances;
- Independent, proactive attitude and hands-on mentality;
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Ambassador to improve safety culture.

WHERE WILL YOU BE WORKING?- You will work at one of the locations on our campus in Venray, where we have a total of four warehouses You don't do this alone, because together with 4 to 6 fellow QESH Employees spread across our locations in Venray, Wijchen and Eindhoven, you form the QESH team. - A bruto salary between € 2.517 and € 3.443 depending on your work experience and level of education;
