In this versatile role, you'll ensure that complex air freight shipments of healthcare products run smoothly from start to finish. You play a crucial role in organising and overseeing these shipments, which are often both temperature
- and time-sensitive. No two days are the same, and you’re an essential part of the process. You’re on it.

How you do this? Even if you have no prior experience in healthcare air freight, at DSV, we train you from day one within the team to learn all the ins and outs of the job. With your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and customer-oriented approach, you ensure every shipment reaches its destination safely and on time. You achieve this by:

- booking space and selecting the best routing for shipments with various airlines;
- monitoring shipments daily to ensure they are delivered to the destination on time and within temperature specifications;
- maintaining international contact with clients, airlines, and other agents;
- assisting in the preparation of documentation and customs processes;
- effectively finding solutions within the specified quality requirements.

The team manages large accounts and coordinates air freight for healthcare products. **You bring**
- minimum MBO (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking, preferably in transport & logistics;
- experience in logistics, preferably in air freight or healthcare, is a plus but not a must;
- good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
- flexibility and willingness to participate in on-call services on weekends (once a month).
