**Job Opportunity: Consultant-Level Site Reliability Architect**

Are you a seasoned SRE or DevOps Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Join us as a **Site Reliability Architect**, where you’ll design and review resilient, reliable solutions in a dynamic and innovative environment.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Site Reliability Architect, you will:

- Collaborate with engineers to identify and address design flaws.
- Communicate findings and solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **Enterprise Architecture Expertise**: A blend of hands-on engineering and architectural experience.
- **Technical Mastery**:

- Deep knowledge of Linux (RHEL) and Windows.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (RDBMS like Oracle, MS SQL, or NoSQL like Cassandra).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD standards (preferably Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with message-based technologies (e.g., IBM MQ, Tibco EMS).
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills, able to engage with engineers and stakeholders alike.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to assert your position when needed.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Knowledge of IT security principles.
- Familiarity with containers and cloud tools.
