**Wat breng je mee?**:

- Een afgeronde universitaire of hbo-opleiding in de richting van Bedrijfskunde, Accountancy of Bedrijfseconomie
- Affiniteit met Deals & Financing, DGA’s en/of Private Equity
- 8 tot 10 jaar relevante werkervaring in Corporate Finance met een bewezen trackrecord
- Sterke analytische en excellente communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
- Ervaring bij een Big 4 kantoor of een Corporate Finance Boutique dan wel in strategieconsulting is een pre
- Een groot persoonlijk en zakelijk netwerk: je werkt continu aan het opbouwen en onderhouden van lange termijn relaties waardoor je reputatie als professional hebt opgebouwd

Werken bij Forvis Mazars betekent dat jij als onderdeel van het Financial Advisory team een waardevolle bijdrage levert aan de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening door professioneel en nauwkeurig aan de slag te gaan.

Binnen jouw functie als Director Deals & Financing initieer, begeleidt en close je transacties. Jij adviseert ondernemers en investeerders bij het oplossen van interessante en uitdagende vraagstukken op het gebied van Deals & Financing, zoals koop en verkoop van ondernemingen. Naast het opbouwen van jouw eigen portefeuille, bouw je aan een eigen team van junior en medior Deals & Financing specialisten. Ondertussen zorg je voor groei in jouw klantenportefeuille en bepaal je de koers. Je kunt steunen op een team van circa 25 Financial Advisory specialisten dat gevestigd is in Amsterdam, Enschede en Rotterdam en het internationale Forvis Mazars netwerk. Met Forvis Mazars achter jouw naam sta je voor kwaliteit. Als accountants en advies organisatie bieden we jou een omgeving waarin je jouw praktijk op professionele wijze kunt opbouwen en ontwikkelen. In de afgelopen jaren zijn er meerdere teams met succes gestart bij Forvis Mazars.
