What impact will you make?
Als Manager Business Process Transformation speel je een centrale rol in multidisciplinaire teams van Deloitte en klantteams bij het adviseren over, begeleiden en implementeren van operationele strategieën, procesoptimalisatie en technologische oplossingen van onze financiële sector klanten. Je bouwt zinvolle en duurzame relaties op met onze klanten. Je bent een uitstekende projectmanager met expertise in de financiële sector. Daarnaast help je mee met het leiden en inspireren van het Deloitte Financiële sector team.
How do you do this?
opzetten, inrichten en sturen van projecten en programma's bij klanten binnen de Financiële sector;
adviseren van de klant over operationele transformaties, procesinnovatie, digitalisering en de toepassingen van nieuwste technologieën;
ontwerpen en definiëren van de operationele strategie en de bijbehorende impact op (de processen van) de organisatie;
inzetten van kennis en ervaring van procesoptimalisatie methodes (zoals Lean, Six Sigma en Kaizen) en/of de nieuwste technologieën (zoals RPA en Cognitive Automation) voor de klant;
binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten en het onderhouden / uitbreiden van de bestaande klanten portfolio;
leiden van verschillende projectteams en begeleiden en ondersteunen van junior teamleden in hun ontwikkeling.

Fiscaal voordelige zaken. Denk aan bedrijfsfitness, het aanschaffen van een fiets tegen bruto salaris of de mogelijkheid om een fiets te leasen.
De mogelijkheid om gebruik te maken van 55 uur oppasdienst per kalenderjaar, als jouw kind 12 jaar of jonger is.
Een maandelijks budget waarmee je keuzes kunt maken in flexibele arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals extra vakantiedagen of het financieren van een fietsplan.
Zes weken volledig betaald geboorteverlof voor traditionele huishoudens en regenbooggezinnen.

6 jaar relevante (consultancy) ervaring inclusief sales en/of delivery van opdrachten in de financiële sector, bijvoorbeeld, bij een bank, verzekeraar of andere financiële instelling;
een universitaire masteropleiding en/of MBA;
ervaring met het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen, gebruik makend van procesverbeteringsmethodes (als Lean Six Sigma), ervaring met en/of een sterke interesse in robotica en kunstmatige intelligentie is een plus;
aantoonbare ervaring in account
- en business-development en een netwerk in de financiële sector;
ervaring met het aansturen van (multidisciplinaire) teams en uitstekende people-management capaciteiten;
uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse of Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.
