**The Role**
As an Inventory Employee, you are responsible for accurately and efficiently managing our inventory. You will perform daily checks and ensure that stock is always up to date. With your precision and attention to detail, you contribute to a streamlined flow of goods, following the correct procedures and instructions. You will play an active role in cycle counts, wall-to-wall counts, and manage master data and returns together with the team.
In addition, you are a key link in collaborating with different departments, such as the Warehouse and Customer Service, to ensure optimal inventory management. You will also be responsible for your own client, acting as their main point of contact, making each day varied and challenging. You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to process improvements in a dynamic environment with diverse clients and their unique requirements.
**In short**:
- Conducting recounts (Wall-to-Wall and Cycle Counts)
- Performing sample checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Handling complaints and processing returns
- Accurately and completely administering master data in our WMS system
- Managing return shipments, including precise processing and administration
- Performing stock analyses to understand why certain locations are still moving to alternative sites and to minimize inventory discrepancies.
- Actively contributing to increasing inventory accuracy and suggesting improvements
- Taking responsibility for a specific client, with unique agreements and expectations
- Contributing to process improvements within a flexible company with diverse clients

**Who are you?**
You are detail-oriented, independent, and have a talent for setting the right priorities. Furthermore:
- You have a strong MBO educational background and can easily navigate in English, whether spoken or written.
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a must.
- Holding both a high-lift and forklift certificate is essential.
- Flexibility is key, as you'll be working between 06:00 and 00:00 from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
