**Your Role as Recruiter**

**?**- **Offer Negotiation**: Lead negotiations on salary, benefits, and start dates, draft contracts, and oversee final hiring decisions in compliance with Dutch labor law.

- You are a driven professional, ready to take the next step in your career
. With your hands-on mentality, multitasking skills and attention to detail, you ensure that our recruitment processes run smoothly.- **Education & Experience**: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with 3-5 years’ recruiting experience in the Netherlands.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Background in FMCG, wholesale, or logistics is a plus, especially within the fruit and vegetable sector.
- **Skillset**: Strong Dutch labor law knowledge, expertise in social media recruiting, and proficiency in MS Office and ATS software, preferably CVWarehouse.
- **Languages**: Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
