**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Affiliate Recruitment**: Identify and recruit new affiliates/IBs, while nurturing relationships with existing partners.
- **Program Oversight**: Manage and evaluate the performance of affiliate programs and activities.
- **Client Engagement**: Address inquiries and resolve any issues raised by affiliates.
- **Partnership Development**: Source and negotiate new affiliate partnerships or renew contracts with existing affiliates.
- **ROI Analysis**: Develop proposals for affiliate partnerships based on projected returns on investment.
- **Policy Compliance**: Monitor affiliate websites to detect fraudulent activity or violations of program policies (e.g., spamming, unauthorized disclosures).
- **Performance Evaluation**: Analyze sales data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements or discontinuation.
- **Market Identification**: Use demographic data and statistics to pinpoint emerging markets and new business opportunities.
- **Collaborative Content Creation**: Work with the creative team to develop region-specific promotional materials for affiliates.
- **Campaign Management**: Prepare marketing briefs to generate campaign assets and propose new ideas or bonus offers to affiliates.
- **Representation**: Represent the company at international events such as exhibitions, meetups, and seminars.

**Requirements**:
**Experience & Education**:

- **1-2 years** of experience as an **Affiliate Manager**.
- A degree in **Marketing**, **Digital Media**, **Media Buying**, or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven background in **Affiliate Marketing**, especially in **FX brokerage** or related industries.

**Technical Skills & Expertise**:

- Strong understanding of **affiliate** and **partner marketing channels**.
- Familiarity with **affiliate networks** and tools.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office**, particularly **Excel**.

**Language Skills**:

- **Fluency in English** and **Spanish**.

**Soft Skills**:

- **Excellent planning** and **project management** capabilities.
- Ability to work **independently** while meeting tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong **multitasking abilities**.
- **Outstanding communication** and **interpersonal** skills (both verbal and written).
- **Curious** and positive demeanor.

**Travel**:

- **Willingness to travel** for conferences and team meetings as required.
