**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a driven and dynamic **HR Officer** to join our team on a maternity cover basis, starting in **November 2024**. This role offers a **flexible, part-time schedule** (20-24 hours a week) across 2-3 days, perfect for a professional seeking to continue building their HR career in a thriving, supportive environment.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring seamless recruitment and onboarding processes while gaining experience in a well-established, international company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** End-to-End Recruitment**:

- ** Employee Onboarding**:
Once new employees are hired, you’ll take ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly. This includes coordinating paperwork, preparing contracts, keeping the new employee well informed, scheduling orientation sessions, and planning induction training to get employees integrated into the company.
- **Induction and Training**:
Following an established induction program, you will collaborate with the department managers to plan induction schedules tailored to each new hire, ensuring they have all the resources and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles. This involved coordinating trainings with various departments, preparing managers on how best to onboard their new team member, coordinate the buddy program and proving the new employee with an HR introduction.
- **HR Support & Ad Hoc Activities**:
In addition to recruitment and onboarding, you’ll provide support on a range of HR activities, supporting HR initiatives, and handling day-to-day queries. You’ll play a key role in supporting the HR manager staying organized and efficient, while ensuring our employees remain engaged and well-informed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Experience**: 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- ** Organizational Abilities**: A self-starter who can manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- ** Proactive Mindset**: You’re someone who can identify what needs to be done and take initiative, making things happen with mínimal supervision.
