- Stellenbeschreibung**THE ROLE**

The Creative Studio is our in-house team dedicated to delivering standout creative services, including campaign designs, content productions, and brand copywriting. We shape and refine the brand's visual identity through cohesive product storytelling and high-impact campaigns across our various business channels. Our mission is to craft stories that amplify our purpose while connecting, inspiring, and engaging our communities and fans.

**YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW**
- Development of global campaign designs for bike launches, brand campaigns & sale campaigns
- Development of creative concepts including design guidelines for campaigns to ensure an on-brand communication across all our business channels
- Ongoing development of the Canyon corporate design and ensuring the corporate design in all areas of corporate communication
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and brand, digital and product design to create on-brand visual solutions that elevate the Canyon experience.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations to continually push creative boundaries.

**HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE**
- 5+ years professional design experience on a creative agency, design agency or creative team within a company
- A degree in graphic design or visual communication or a comparable training in the field
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of brand design projects, with a keen eye for detail, design composition, color theory and typography.
- Excellent understanding of brand strategy and visual storytelling.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative suite
- Accountability and a self-starter mentality
- Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills
- Passion for cycling, outdoor sports, or an active lifestyle is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly.
- Fluency in German and English - written and spoken
