Our proprietary Axiomer RNA editing technology platform enables the editing of specific single nucleotides in RNA using the cell’s own editing machinery. Axiomer RNA editing technology harnesses ADAR (Adenosine Deaminase Acting on RNA), which is machinery present in all human cells to repair G-to-A mutations, modulate protein, and enable protective mutation functions. Axiomer could potentially yield a new class of innovative medicines and treat currently untreatable diseases.
Our Recruitment team is currently looking for a **Recruitment Assistant**.
**Location**: Leiden, NL (on-site).
The activities will include:
- Organizing interviews, including arranging travels when needed;
- Support in the onboarding process;
**We expect our Recruitment Assistant to**:
- Be passionate about recruitment and inclusivity, with a non-discriminatory mindset;

- Be solution and result-driven, with a proactive and flexible attitude;
- Have good communication and organization skills;
- Be autonomous and coachable;

**Requirements**:
- Professional English level, both written and spoken;
- Autonomous with Microsoft package (Excel, World, PowerPoint);
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a supporting Recruitment/HR role;
