Position Overview

The Global Head of Sales will spearhead our international growth strategy, overseeing revenue targets, brand positioning, and market expansion for Veritas Parfum. This role requires a strategic leader with deep industry expertise in the luxury fragrance sector, who can cultivate and manage high-value relationships while ensuring the brand's representation across multiple regions, including key markets in Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and expansion in key regions.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
- Implement sales forecasting and budget management aligned with brand objectives and P&L targets.

Brand Representation and Partnership Management
- Serve as the brand ambassador, building strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders across global markets.
- Negotiate and manage key accounts with high-end retailers, ensuring brand integrity and premium placement.
- Establish long-term partnerships with select high-profile retailers and concept stores.

Market Development and Expansion
- Identify new market opportunities and create tailored entry strategies in alignment with brand vision.
- Oversee launch strategies for new regions and coordinate with marketing teams to maximize brand visibility.
- Lead the development of B2B and B2C channels, driving growth across online and offline platforms.

Team Leadership and Development
- Build, lead, and mentor a global sales team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
- Set clear performance targets, providing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance metrics, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and strategic goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, and Finance to align sales initiatives with product launches and promotional activities.
- Work with the Marketing team to drive brand awareness and engage consumers through digital, social, and in-store experiences.

Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular sales reports and insights, keeping leadership informed on progress and challenges.
- Utilize data and analytics to refine sales strategies and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on luxury goods, ideally within fragrance or beauty.
- Proven track record of managing global sales operations and achieving revenue growth in competitive markets preferred
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills with high-profile retail accounts.
- Deep understanding of international market dynamics, cultural nuances, and luxury consumer behavior.
- Ability to develop strategic sales plans and manage budgets effectively.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing diverse, international teams.
- Fluent in English, and French or Italian (all three ideal).
