Deployment Facilitator

**Why is this job for you?**:
This is a versatile position, where, as Deployment Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in installing our equipment and assisting our customers. A big part of this role is in providing support to the customers by answering their questions as well as working alongside our Technology Centre to facilitate operational trials of our products and services.

You have several years of track experience and know exactly what it takes to make our product succeed in the track.

**What are you going to do?**:
You are responsible for assisting the customer with the day-to-day operations, both on site and remotely.

Specifically, this involves the following:

- Undertake the delivery of training of our products.
- Providing Customer support, on site and remotely, in tandem with the Support team, to help the Customer - this may require being on call.
- To assist with the introduction, delivery, testing of new products to the market (this may require site visits).
- Providing support to the international operations teams, when required.
- Liaising with the customer to ensure smooth product deployment.

**What do we ask of you?**:

- Five years’ experience in railway environment,
- A completed MBO education (Technical or similar),
- You are willing to be flexible and work nights when required,
- You have a passion for safety,
- You have the ambition to develop yourself further,
- Finally, you speak and write English and Dutch.
