As **Allocator**, you’ll supervise and assess the flow and distribution of stock across your very own seasonal assortment while managing a team of two. By monitoring sales performance and analysing allocation and replenishment reports, you’ll make recommendations to improve stock availability and drive individual store performance.

**How you’ll help us.**
- Based at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam and reporting to the Allocation Team Supervisor, you’ll:

- Plan allocation and replenishment criteria based on store capacity, seasonality and other factors with the help of the Allocation Team Supervisor.
- Supervise the channel assortment strategy, ensuring it aligns with merchandising’s wider approach.
- Set up and maintain merchandising data to ensure information is accurate, product availability is high, and delivery schedules are met.
- Recommend actions to Merchandise Planners based on your store analysis.
- Coordinate end-of-season stock transfers and store opening and closing projects.

- Qualification gained in a business-, number
- At least 2 years of experience in an allocation and merchandise-based role with experience in the retail industry.
- A track record in administration, database management and data analysis.
- A keen interest in the product and an affinity for sports fashion.
- Strong Excel skills and command of written and spoken English.
