**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing fluctuations, and potential opportunities within the coffee market.
- **Sourcing and Procurement**: Source high-quality coffee beans from various origins while maintaining strong relationships with coffee producers, exporters, and suppliers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- **Risk Management**: Monitor market risks and implement strategies to mitigate potential losses. Stay informed about geopolitical events, weather patterns, and other factors that may impact coffee production and supply chain dynamics.
- **Sales and Trading**: Manage the sales process, including pricing negotiations, contract execution, and delivery logistics. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery of coffee products.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners. Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and foster long-term partnerships.
- **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and quality certifications. Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and shipping documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coffee trading or a similar role within the commodities industry.
- Proven track record of successful trading, negotiation, and risk management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with quality control and cupping, ensuring the coffee beans meet high-quality standards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Knowledge of coffee industry dynamics, supply chain management, and sustainability practices is preferred.
