**What will you do?**
As the Relation Manager Germany, you will be the key player in maintaining and expanding strong relationships with our dealers. You will ensure that our products remain top-of-mind for the dealers and that they are well-informed about our offerings. Additionally, you will initiate local initiatives, such as test events, and represent our brands at (bike) fairs.
Your responsibilities include:
- Relation Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with our dealers and distribution partners. Regular contact allows you to understand their needs and support them in their sales activities.
- Training and Support: You will provide training and support to dealers, ensuring they can sell our products with confidence and the right knowledge.
- Product Presentation: You will oversee the presentation of our products in stores and offer advice to enhance brand experience and boost sales.
- Feedback and Reporting: You will gather valuable feedback from dealers and share it with our internal team to drive continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: You will stay on top of the latest market trends and developments, providing dealers with relevant insights and advice.
- Brand Promotion: You will work closely with our marketing team to develop local campaigns that increase brand visibility in Germany.
- Events: You will coordinate and participate in fairs, events, and dealer meetings to promote our product range to both dealers and consumers.

Your profile:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a similar field.
- You have proven experience as an account manager, sales representative, or in a similar role.
- You have excellent command of both German and English, both spoken and written.
- You are willing to travel within Germany for client visits and meetings.
- Knowledge of the German bike and mobility market is a plus, as is familiarity with Optima Cycles products.
