Functieomschrijving

Focus Engineering is momenteel op zoek naar een Teamleider Engineering voor een klant in de regio Zwijndrecht / Zeist. Dit bedrijf richt zich op industriële componenten en is actief in diverse branches. Je zult een team van 10 engineers aansturen, verdeeld over twee locaties: één in de omgeving van Zwijndrecht en het andere team in de omgeving van Zeist. De werkomgeving heeft een platte structuur met korte lijnen, waardoor je snel kunt schakelen.

Dit betreft een vacature voor een vast dienstverband bij onze klant.
- De Job:

- Je stuurt dagelijks een team van engineers aan op twee locaties;
- Je werkt aan interne en externe procesverbeteringen;
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt van de engineeringafdeling;
- Je focus ligt op het aansturen van engineers en je ondersteunt op technisch gebied waar mogelijk;
- Je werkt nauw samen met de salesafdeling en de technische vraagstukken die hierbij komen kijken.

Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een mbo
- of hbo-diploma in werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronics of vergelijkbaar;
- Je hebt 2 à 3 jaar ervaring met het aansturen van een team van engineers;
- Je hebt ervaring met gietwerk, smeedwerk en lassamenstellingen, dit is een pre;
- Je bent bekend met 3D CAD-systemen;
- Je werkt graag samen met interne en externe relaties.

Wat krijg jij?
- Een salaris tot aan EUR 5.200;
- bruto per maand;
- Je bent 40 uur per week beschikbaar;
- 30 vakantiedagen;
- Een auto van de zaak.
