**Your new role**
As QC Coordinator, you will join the EU QC Team who are mainly responsible for method transfer, training and supporting the decentralised manufacturing units. The team is also involved in the overall strategy of scaling the decentralised network, ensuring compliance and efficient processes to improve and enhance the working model. As QC Coordinator you will be involved in the management of sample logistics and results between contracting testing labs and DMUs and will act as point of contact for incoming goods. You will also lead and coordinate implementation of different QC related projects at the DMUs. Your responsibilities will include;
- Coordinate of sample logistics and results between contracting testing labs and DMU’s
- Coordinate with Global QC incoming goods to ensure reliable material supply.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of different QC related projects
- Provide input on the contract testing strategy for the EU region.
- Write and review QC related documents.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure that processes are aligned.
- Ensure improvements that have been implemented are compliant while keeping it simple and efficient.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Life Sciences, biotechnology or related discipline with 5+ years of experience in QC in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry. You have experience with contracting testing lab management and sample management on a project basis. You have extensive GMP knowledge and strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. You are open to travelling and have a self-driven and can-do mindset.
