**Location: London Palace Street, Hybrid working**

**Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)**

**About the Role**

**How you will contribute**:

- Gathering and analysing all relevant HR data, in close cooperation with local HR for RFQ's (Request for Quotations) for new and existing countries/locations within Europe
- Report in standardized Excel and PowerPoint formats
- Calculate and provide recommendations on fully loaded costs per function to be used for pricing models and risk analyses.
- Work together with Pricing, local HR and local Operations to build and maintain HR templates to be used for (future) pricing models and benchmarking labour markets for the applicable countries/locations
- Develop and improve (HR) tools to support quote/bidding process
- Maintain a working knowledge of country specific legislation/requirements that may impact C&B policies
- Liaise during the bid process with cross functional teams and drive for accuracy for reward related matters
- Set up the HR costing input structure for new countries without contract logistics capabilities.
- Independent, unbiased and self managing individual who can take a vision and explore and propose solutions across, systems, processes, policy and paper based activities

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and strong affinity to Reward and other HR areas;
- HR experience in RFQ's / Tenders within the Logistics industry will be an advantage
- Ability to analyse HR data, mainly in Excel and make effective and persuasive presentations
- Customer and service minded, with ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a structured way and independently in a fast-paced changing environment and effectively manage short deadlines
- Proven to be able to work under pressure in a demanding and international environment
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
