Production Worker

**Job Description**:
As a production employee, you will play a key role in ensuring that PVC canvases are finished to the highest quality. Working with a team of professionals, you’ll be involved in producing custom work, making each day a new and exciting challenge. Whether it’s completing a project for a large festival or creating impressive facade canvases, you’ll be handling a variety of tasks using modern equipment.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure timely completion of products in the sailmaking shop.
- Maintaining high standards of quality for fit and finishing.
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized.
- Fostering a positive working atmosphere with your team.
- Hemming, operating cutting machines, and packing.

Job Requirements:

- **No experience needed** - full internal training provided.
- **Eager to learn** - quick learners will excel in this role.
- Strong communication skills to build great relationships with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- A proactive and hands-on attitude.
- Communicative level of English
