Ben jij een ervaren Retail professional met een passie voor kinderkleding en een neus voor succes? Name It zoekt een Area Manager die onze outletwinkels in **Roermond, Bataviastad, Sugar City en Roosendaal** naar een hoger niveau tilt. Als stuwende kracht in ons team ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de winkelprestaties, het motiveren van teams en het realiseren van ambitieuze doelstellingen.

- Je bent een resultaatgerichte manager met ervaring in een soortgelijke rol.
- Je motiveert en inspireert teams om hun volledige potentieel te benutten.
- Je analyseert data en vertaalt deze naar concrete actieplannen om de verkoop te verhogen.
- Je bent flexibel en kunt je snel aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden.
- Je communiceert helder en overtuigend, en draagt jouw visie duidelijk uit.

**In deze functie**:

- Leid je een team van filiaalmanagers, stimuleer je hun ontwikkeling en help je hen om de doelstellingen te behalen.
- Analyseer je nauwkeurig de prestaties van de winkels en identificeer je kansen voor verbetering.
- Implementeer je effectieve strategieën om de verkoop te stimuleren, de winstgevendheid te verhogen en klanttevredenheid te optimaliseren.
- Creëer je een inspirerende en professionele werkomgeving waar medewerkers zich gewaardeerd en gemotiveerd voelen.
- Werk je nauw samen met de Retail manager, filiaalmanagers en het overhead team.
