Lantor B.V. in Veenendaal is een internationaal bedrijf dat deel uitmaakt van de Cathay Group en wereldwijd hoogwaardige non-wovens (vliesstoffen) ontwikkelt, produceert en verkoopt voor technische toepassingen in de kabel-, plastic-, bouw
- en verpakkingsindustrie.

Lantor B.V. is op zoek naar meerdere enthousiaste en toegewijde productieoperators om hun Afwerking
- en Vlies Afdelingen te versterken.

**Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Jij en je team zijn verantwoordelijk voor het produceren en afwerken van non-woven stoffen met behulp van meerdere productielijnen die de productkwaliteit garanderen.
- Er wordt van je verwacht dat je toezicht houdt op machines en de productielijn.
- Je ontwikkelt je tot een allround operator zodat je meerdere productielijnen kunt beheren, inclusief het geven van trainingen.
- Je zet machines op en bewaakt het productieproces met behulp van panelen/monitoren en visuele controles.
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en voert dagelijks de benodigde testen uit.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor eerstelijns onderhoud en assisteert bij onderhouds
- en reparatiewerkzaamheden, allemaal volgens de vastgestelde veiligheids-, gezondheids
- en milieuregels.
- Je rapporteert aan de voorman.

**Functie-eisen**:

- Achtergrondkennis en ervaring met technische productieprocessen.
- Bereid om in 3 verschillende diensten te werken en flexibel wat betreft werktijden.
- Zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en heeft een mindset gericht op constante verbetering.
- Bereid om interne en mogelijk externe trainingen te volgen.
- Geïnteresseerd in machines en hoe ze werken.
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en kennis.
- LBO/VAPRO A of procesoperator opleiding.
- Certificaat hoog risico HWT, veiligheidsdiploma.

Join Our Team as a Production Operator at Lantor

Lantor B.V. is looking for multiple enthusiastic and dedicated Production Operators to join their Finish and Fleece departments.

**Your key Responsibilities**:

- You and your team are responsible for producing and finishing non-woven fabrics using multiple production lines that guarantee the product quality.
- You are expected to supervise machines and the production line.
- You will develop into an all-round operator so that you can manage multiple production lines, including providing training.
- You set up machines and monitor the production process using panels/monitors and visual checks.
- You monitor quality and perform the necessary tests daily.
- You are responsible for first-line maintenance and assist with maintenance and repair work, all according to established safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- You report to the foreman.

**Job Requirements**:

- Background knowledge and experience with technical production processes.
- Willing to work 3 different shifts and is flexible regarding working hours.
- Independent, takes initiative, and has a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Prepared to undergo internal and possibly external training.
- Interested in machines and how they work.
- Good command of the Dutch language and knowledge.
- LBO/VAPRO A or process operator training
- High-risk HWT certification, safety diploma
