**Wat ga je doen als fulltime Shiftleader horeca bij Taco Bell?**

Als Shift Leader houd je je hoofd koel bij het managen van jouw shift Je mag iedere dag jouw leidinggevende kwaliteiten laten zien.
Tijdens een shift heb jij als Manager In Charge de leiding over je team van horecamedewerkers.
Naast het aansturen van het team ben je operationeel actief op de werkvloer. Jij bent die manager waar het team tegenop kijkt en die, door het goede voorbeeld te geven, ervoor zorgt dat iedere shift met een mooi resultaat wordt afgesloten.

**Wat vragen wij?**
- Tenminste een jaar leidinggevende ervaring in de achterzak, liefst natuurlijk in de horeca, maar ook een Retail-achtergrond kan prima aansluiten.
- Eén - twee jaar horeca-ervaring.
- Aantoonbaar talent voor het coachen en ontwikkelen van medewerkers.
- De drive om alles elke dag beter te willen maken. Inclusief jezelf.

**Wat staat daar tegenover?**
- Een marktconform salaris vanaf **€2.811,57** per maand (inclusief vakantiedagen en vakantiegeld, op basis van 38 uur)
