What will be your role in this

As the Receptionist at EDGE Workspaces, your primary responsibility is to oversee the facility and cater to the needs of our members. Positioned at the reception, you play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for anyone entering our premises. Your warm and positive demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere for our members and their guests. In your capacity as host, you manage guest arrivals, keep members informed, and conduct regular checks to ensure our workspaces and meeting rooms are well-maintained and aligned with our members’ preferences.

The core of your role revolves around proficiently handling mail and telephone communications, addressing a wide range of inquiries - from meeting room bookings to answering questions and addressing concerns.

Collaborating with the rest of the team, you collectively strive to make our members and their guests feel valued and at home. Responsibilities you will have
- Giving members the best possible experience in every interaction
- Connecting people, setting-up interactions, and cross-company collaborations
- Operating the reception and being the first point of contact for visitors
- Welcoming members and guests
- Mail and telephone handling
- Day-to-day contact and bi-weekly one-on-one with your location manager
- Making sure our building is well maintained and representable
- Dealing with complaints in a correct and timely manner
- Encouraging healthy lifestyle and sport activities
- Promoting community events

Skills you have
- Positive and inspiring attitude
