**About this vacancy**:
Als NPI Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van de introductie van nieuwe producten (NPI) binnen de organisatie bij onze klanten. Je werkt nauw samen met multidisciplinaire teams om de planning, ontwikkeling en lancering van producten te coördineren en ervoor te zorgen dat deze voldoen aan de kwaliteitsnormen en klantverwachtingen. Jij zorgt voor de succesvolle overgang van ontwerp naar productie en implementatie, met een sterke focus op continue verbetering en procesoptimalisatie.

Jouw taken:

- Leidinggeven aan en coördineren van het NPI-proces binnen de organisatie.
- Begeleiden van productontwikkeling van concept tot productie, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, kosten en tijdslijnen.
- Samenwerken met R&D, productie, supply chain en andere relevante teams om productintroducties soepel te laten verlopen.
- Identificeren van risico's en uitdagingen tijdens het NPI-proces en proactief oplossingen aandragen.
- Verbeteringen en best practices implementeren om het NPI-proces continu te optimaliseren.
- Contact onderhouden met klanten en stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat productintroducties voldoen aan de klantbehoeften en -verwachtingen.
- Rapporteren over voortgang, resultaten en eventuele knelpunten naar senior management.

**What we expect from you**:
Je hebt een afgeronde technische HBO/WO opleiding (bijvoorbeeld Werktuigbouwkunde, Industriële Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting).

Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een rol met betrekking tot New Product Introduction, Productontwikkeling of Projectmanagement in een technische omgeving.

Ervaring in het leiden van multidisciplinaire teams en het managen van complexe projecten.

Kennis van productontwikkeling, productieprocessen en de introductie van nieuwe technologieën.

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en in staat om relaties op te bouwen met interne en externe stakeholders.

Je bent resultaatgericht, analytisch sterk en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
