Your responsibilities will be:

- Being the contact person for your customers
- Proactively contributing to optimizing the customer service
- Initiating, coordinating and overseeing the order-to-cash processes
- Identifying relevant trend in the market
- Informing sales managers on potential leads
- Maintaining relationships with the customers of your portfolio and assisting them with the information that they need.

**Requirements**: What is expected from you:

- At least one years of experience withing a customer service facing position with administrative tasks
- Good knowledge of Ms Office (Excel) and ERP/ CRM systems
- Commercial mindset
- The ability to work within a team, yet also individually
- Accuracy, taking initiative, problem solving, and creative
- Excellent communication skills
- Setting and identifying priorities
