**Your mission**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Capture your vision. Elevate your brand.
- Collaborate with brand, product and creative teams to ensure all photography aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Plan and execute photoshoots, including but not limited to product photography and lifestyle imagery, with a focus on premium aesthetics.
- Expertly use of light and shadows from strobes to continuous lighting using a big range of modifiers, adjusting setups to achieve desired lighting effects and product visibility.
- Direct and manage the talent, both in studio and on location, including babies and toddlers, in safe, controlled environments to capture lifestyle shots.
- Creatively capture images that highlight the premium quality, safety, and innovative design of our products.
- Edit and retouch photos to meet quality and consistency standards across platforms (e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, print). Maintain and manage photo equipment, ensuring it’s in top condition for every shoot.

**Your profile**:
In this position your focus will be on photography. However, as we are building our in-house production team it is helpful if you can wear multiple hats. We have defined some nice to haves below, besides the must have technical skills and experience we are looking for in a talented photographer. Please include any other skills that might be helpful in your motivation.
- Proven experience as a professional photographer, with a strong wide creative portfolio.
- Extensive experience working with various lighting systems to create well-lit, consistent images in various settings.
- Expertise in digital photography, with a strong command of different full frame or medium format cameras, lighting, and studio equipment.
- Advanced post-production skills to enhance and retouch images using software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) and/or others.
- Ability to manage on-set lighting for studio or location shoots, adapting to the creative requirements of each project.
- Strong eye for composition, colour, and detail, ensuring high-quality results that align with the brand's premium look.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience in videography and video editing is a plus.
- Knowledge of audio production for video shoots or product feature presentations, with the ability to capture, mix, and enhance sound quality for multimedia content is a plus.
- Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.

- This is a fulltime position for 40 hours per week.
- You will first receive an annual contract with a probation time of one month.
- You are eligible for a 13th month every year.
- The annual leave entitlements consist of 28 vacation days in the case of full-time employment.
