Your exceptional communication skills will be the cornerstone of building strong customer relationships, expertly guiding them through any queries or concerns they may have regarding their delivery. Throughout this process, you'll fine-tune and tailor ownership solutions, ensuring that each customer's unique requirements are met, thus contributing to a remarkably successful and satisfying delivery experience.

**What You'll Do**
- Embrace customers as soon as their order is placed and navigate them smoothly through the delivery journey.
- Fine-tune and optimize purchase solutions devised by Tesla Advisors to ensure a flawless delivery procedure.
- Develop ownership solutions for customers new to Tesla, who haven't interacted with us previously.
- Assist customers with financing, trade-ins, registration, and ensuring a seamless, punctual delivery.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, setting clear expectations and providing updates on delivery timelines.
- Address and resolve any inquiries or concerns customers may have about the delivery process.
- Closely adhere to all processes to ensure a speedy revenue recognition and cash collection.
- Guarantee customer satisfaction with the delivery process and expertly resolve any issues that may arise.
- Pioneer the development of innovative processes from the ground up for our newly formed team, leveraging your creativity and expertise to shape a dynamic and efficient workflow.
**Responsibilities**:
- Key responsibility is creating a great pre delivery customer experience with your team.
- Ensure precise tracking and updating of customer details and actions in our internal systems.
- Implement and share best practices within your Tesla location and across teams.
- Enlighten customers about the complete Tesla ecosystem and the myriad solutions available to cater to their needs.
- Adhere to Tesla's processes, ensuring timely execution of sales administrative tasks, contract completion, finance, and seamless collaboration with stakeholders.
- Seamlessly manage additional duties to meet broader business demands.
**What You'll Bring**

- Proficiency in Dutch, English and other local languages is essential.
