**Your day at NTT DATA**

Are you a visionary leader with proven skills in data analytics and financial strategy? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and enjoy working with diverse teams and stakeholders? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you As the Business Control Manager, you will be a key player in our Finance Team, driving operational excellence and strategic financial decisions.

**What you'll be doing**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Leadership**: Lead and mentor the Business Control and Contract Management teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- ** Financial Planning & Analysis and Reporting**: Oversee and drive all FP&A cycles, including month-end close, forecasting, and budgeting, along with senior management reporting.
- ** Data-Driven Insights**: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to ensure business profitability and stability.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and IFRS.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in all finance-related areas.

**A Day’s Work**:

- Start your day with a team stand-up meeting to touch base and set priorities.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director on profitability analyses and recommendations.
- Update call with a commercial team on a current deal in important sales phase.
- Liaise with the CFO on key customer matters.
- Conduct team meeting with Business Control in view of month-end close progress and open topics.
- Review the Sales Commission Realization Report with one of the Business Controller.

**Who We are Looking For**:

- ** Education**: University-level education in economics or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Proven leadership skills with the ability to grow and manage a diverse team.
- ** Skills**: Strong analytical skills, strategic insight, and a vision for leveraging big data and Power BI.
- ** Language**: Proficient in both Dutch and English.
- ** Attributes**: Ability to switch between topics and stakeholders seamlessly, with a hands-on, pragmatic attitude.
