**The Action**:
Your ambition is to make Gospooky's brand and marketing initiatives as disruptive as the work we create for our clients. By working closely with various team members within our organization, you can independently set your pace and inspire enthusiasm for all things related to Gospooky. You possess a natural affinity for the advertising industry and a deep understanding of social media. To drive impact, you see Gospooky’s talented creative workforce as your playground and do not depend on paid media budgets to make a difference.

**Responsibilities**:

- **PR**:You will advance our PR strategy in collaboration with our PR partners.
- **Content**:You will manage Gospooky's visibility across all organic, paid, and earned channels, including our social media, newsletters, and website.
- **Events**: You will take full responsibility for our B2B marketing programs, such as webinars, sponsorships, and events, overseeing them from inception to completion. This role involves leveraging both internal and external support and fostering collaboration.
- **Brand**:You will protect the Gospooky brand and its identity across all external communications.
- **Work**:You will drive the creation and distribution of Gospooky's case studies across organic, earned, and paid channels, and manage our awards strategy.
- **Collaboration**:You will brief and work with internal teams at Gospooky to produce and distribute content across all channels.

**You as a Brand Manager**:

- Possess **4-7 years** of proven experience in marketing communications, preferably in an agency environment.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or have relevant work experience.
- Are highly ambitious, energetic, and result-oriented, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to grow within our organization and build your own marketing department.
- Are a self-starter who drives impact through execution and output.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Possess strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Are able to prioritize, multitask, and make decisions effectively.
- Are approachable and team-focused.
- Are based in the Netherlands.
