Ben jij een ervaren professional op het gebied van onderhoud en faciliteitenbeheer? Als Maintenance & Facilities Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het optimaal functioneren van onze productiemiddelen. Je mínimaliseert stilstand door correctief onderhoud en maximaliseert de beschikbaarheid door preventief onderhoud.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je hebt verantwoordelijk voor de yard facilities en de daarbij horende (onder)aannemers;
- Geeft leiding aan de afdelingen ETD, MTD, magazijn, bedrijfskantine;
- Geeft leiding aan het uitbestede onderhoudswerk (elektrotechnisch en mechanisch);
- Verantwoordelijk voor periodiek onderhoud aan diverse bedrijfsmiddelen;
- Zorgdragen voor de technische voorbereiding van multidisciplinaire onderhouds-, reparatie
- en investeringsprojecten;
- Bewaken van het onderhoudsbudget in overleg met de Operations Manager;
- Verantwoordelijk voor Energy
- & waste management;
- Coördineren van de assisterende werkzaamheden van interne en externe onderhoudsdienst aan productie;
- Het opstellen van een (meerjaren) onderhoudsplanning

**Opleiding en ervaring**:

- HBO werk
- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met de opleiding werkvoorbereiding;
- Ervaring opgedaan in een soortgelijke functie en bij voorkeur binnen een grotere productie organisatie;
- Geldig ISPS-Officer certificaat;
- Goede beheersing van Engelse taal (in woord en geschrift)

**Vaardigheden en eigenschappen**:

- Goede communicatieve eigenschappen en ervaring in het omgaan met verschillende (onder)aannemers binnen een dynamische omgeving;
- Geen 8 tot 5 mentaliteit;
- Proactieve instelling en het vermogen om zelfstandig prioriteiten te stellen.
