Warehouse Coordinator

Kinesis Medical provides logistics services for manufacturers and suppliers of medical products. We are a small, diverse, and enthusiastic team, and it is definitely not a 'logistics men's world' here.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and proactive Warehouse Coordinator who speaks and understands English. This role is a combination of order picking, packing, preparing shipments, and client/customer communication. You are the main point of contact, so you know when shipments are expected and when they will be picked up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order picking, packing, and shipment preparation.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring the correct products and serial numbers are shipped.
- Organize and prepare shipments for both local and international clients.
- Communicate with clients and customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders.
- Use Exact software for inventory management, order tracking, and reporting (experience with Exact software is a plus).
- Troubleshoot and resolve any logístical or customer service issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; Dutch is a plus but not essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with customers in a professional manner.
- Good computer skills, including experience with MS Office.
- Experience with Exact software or similar inventory/warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- You live in the Waalwijk/Tilburg/Den Bosch area.
