We are looking for an experienced and professional Bartender for our high-end Italian restaurant, VENTUNO, on the 21st floor of the Ruby-Emma Hotel in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and creating delicious cocktails. If you have a real passion for mixology and all aspects of drinks & bartending and want to deliver outstanding service with flair and efficiency, then VENTUNO is your golden opportunity to shine.

**Responsibilities**
- prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine and other drinks in a prompt and courteous manner;
- respond to guests queries and special requests and provide recommendations and suggestions;
- maintains a clean and organised bar area and ensures proper stock levels;
- follows established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality;
- collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure a seamless dining experience;
- participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years' experience as a bartender or similar position in a top restaurant;
- mixology skills and knowledge of current cocktail trends;
- ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints;
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
- organisational and communication skills.
