We have developed Adaptive Digital Workplace and aim to simplify the workplace and optimise our customers' collaboration and connection. **Your internship**:
We are currently focusing on leveraging data and AI to enhance our predictive capabilities. Your internship is focused on using **machine learning techniques** to predict customer churn rates based on historical invoicing and usage data. This project would involve **data analysis,** **feature engineering**, and **model development** to help us understand and anticipate customer behavior.

Depending on your interest and ambition, other areas can be discovered as well. For example optimizing pricing strategies using predictive analytics, developing recommendation systems to enhance customer engagement, or utilizing natural language processing (NLP) to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery. We are open to refining these ideas with you to match your skills and interests and create the best internship experience.

**The team**:
You will join our experienced Product team. You will work closely with our Artificial Intelligence Engineer and Data Engineer. The Product team consist furthermore of full stack, front-end back-end developers, but also designers, product owner, product managers and testers.
