Wij zijn een **ingenieursbureau **gespecialiseerd in computersimulaties, gevestigd in het bruisende centrum van **techniekstad Delft**. We werken aan innovatieve projecten voor (inter-) nationale klanten in de sectoren maritiem, machinebouw, aerospace en nog veel meer. **Wat ga je doen**:
Als Marketing Lead werk je nauw samen met je sales collega’s uit Nederland, België en Duitsland voor het opstellen van marketingproposities voor onze software
- en consultancyverkoop. Je ontwikkelt een sterke digitale merkstrategie en zet zowel online als offline lead genererende campagnes op. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor contentcreatie en -distributie om maximale zichtbaarheid te behalen. Als marketinggeneralist ben jij een doorpakker, heb je brede interesse in de ontwikkelingen in jouw vakgebied en kan je goed prioriteren.

**Jouw taken**:

- Verantwoordelijkheid voor alle online en offline marketingactiviteiten, zowel strategisch als uitvoerend.
- Beheer van de marketing roadmap en regelmatige evaluatie met het salesteam.
- Beheer van digitale kanalen en contentkalender.
- Optimalisatie van zichtbaarheid via SEO, SEA en het vernieuwen van de website.
- Organisatie van PR-activiteiten zoals klantendagen en beurzen.
- Contactpersoon voor sponsorrelaties.

Je komt terecht in een positief en professioneel team, bestaande uit meerdere Account Managers, Customer Succes Manager en de Commercieel Directeur. Je neemt deel aan de dagelijkse stand-up en wekelijkse brainstormsessies, waarbij ook de lopende campagnes worden geëvalueerd.

**Jouw succes**:
Tijdens je eerste weken krijg je alle onboarding en training die nodig is om jou kennis te laten maken onze collega’s, processen en ecosysteem. Vanuit onze leverancier Siemens DISW krijg je bovendien ook toegang tot trainingen, kennis en content. Jouw succes wordt gemeten op basis van de campagneresultaten. Doorgroei - op termijn - naar een positie met meer verantwoordelijken behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

**Wat vragen wij**:

- Tot 5 jaar (stage-) ervaring in B2B-marketing, bij voorkeur in software of engineering.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een plus).
- Affiniteit met engineering, techniek en nieuwe ontwikkelingen.
- Proactieve, creatieve en sociale instelling.

**Over ons**:
Bij Femto Engineering helpen wij klanten met (vloeistof)mechanica berekeningen m.b.v. computersimulaties. Met 33 collega’s verspreid over meerdere landen zijn wij al 27 jaar een toonaangevende speler in ons vakgebied en helpen wij onze klanten om de sterkte, gewicht en performance van hun technische producten en constructies te verbeteren.
