**De functie**
As a credit risk analyst, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating the credit risk related to customer pre-financing, ensuring the company’s financial performance and reputation are protected. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Credit Risk Analyst to team up with colleague Credit Risk Analyst, Finance Manager and Finance Director.

**What will you do?**
- Analyze the risk profile of each customer, using internal and external data sources, and assign appropriate risk ratings and credit limits.
- Keep track of updates to risk profiles and customer exposure, using various tools and reports, and identify and escalate any issues or deviations.
- Support the Sales and Operations teams with credit risk related queries, requests, and approvals, and provide guidance and training on credit risk policies and procedures.
- Ensure fraud is prevented and detected as early as possible, by implementing and enforcing fraud prevention measures, and investigating and reporting any suspicious or fraudulent activities.
- Manage guarantees provided by customers as security, by verifying their validity, monitoring their expiry, and renewing or releasing them as needed.

**Jouw profiel**
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in the financial services or transportation sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with credit risk systems and tools.
- Fluent in English and at least one other European language.

**You need to have a valid work and residence permit in the Netherlands.**
