The Job

As Head of Master Data Management, you are the energetic leader that gives direction to our data driven future, harnessing the power of information to drive strategic decision-making. You are responsible for overseeing the creation, implementation, and maintenance of our master data strategy. This role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and availability throughout the value chain to support decision-making, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You will build and lead a team of data professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to unlock insights that shape the future of stichd.

Your Mission
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a Master Data Management strategy aligned with our company objectives and values. Together with your team, you should have skills to convert company requirements into technical specifications. You lead and coach the data management team, fostering a culture of performance and data integrity.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce robust data governance practices to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory standards, fostering a Data Architecture: Design and implement scalable and resilient data architectures Analytics and Insights: Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights and predictive analytics to inform key stakeholders across the business, from product/sourcing to marketing/sales and beyond.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with leaders across departments to understand their data needs and priorities, fostering collaboration and alignment to drive business outcomes.
- Team Development: Establish and cultivate a high-performing team of data professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities to empower individuals and foster a culture of continuous learning

Your Talent
- Relevant University Master Degree
- Analytical skills, solution oriented, process driven
- Proven record in managing, coaching & empowering a team
- Promotor of MD Governance and at least 10 years of experience within MD Governance of which at least 3 years in a leading role.
- Significant SAP master data domain
- process and ERP-system specific knowledge Excellent soft skills to get all stakeholders on board
- Fast learner and continuous improvement skills (Lean/Six Sigma experience)
- Fluent in English

We Offer
- Salary indication: around € 80-100k (base salary) per year based on 38 hours per week, depending on education and experience;
- Our salaries are based on 38 hours per week, but a fulltime week is 40 hours per week. Instead, you choose between extra holidays (40 per year in total) ór you choose for a 40-hours salary (salary increased with ca 5,5%) with still 28 holidays. You can switch every six months;
